Murder rates in American Cities is on the rise

Average homicide rate per 100,000 in US is 4.9 which is lower than the global average of 6.2.  This is great but way worse if you compare US to other developed nations, whose average is 0.8! If you focus on the top 50 cities with high murder rates, they have 15% of US population and 36% of murder victims and is rising again. This is really sad to hear and the causes are so many and quite complex to figure and solve. But we believe, a growing economy where everyone has an employment and loved ones to go to will be able to fix this.

This is not a easy fix and we don’t think for a sec 100% guaranteed but might go a long way. So, allow us to beat our drum once more…we all (whoever is capable and afford to) need to work on tackle the #ProWoSo and build products & services. By having larger smarter (of us) population creating great enterprises that offer employment and education opportunities for the rest to rise up, as the only way to make a dent on this problem. Now, lets go inspire the next generation/kids to take on the risk when they can.

Good luck to all the Pieneers! As always, know of anyone or any startup working on a #ProWoSo, please let me know, I will update the posts.
