{"id":176,"date":"2017-03-17T17:43:55","date_gmt":"2017-03-17T21:43:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pieneers.com\/blog\/?page_id=176"},"modified":"2026-07-23T17:08:21","modified_gmt":"2026-07-24T00:08:21","slug":"raising-pieneers","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/pieneers.com\/blog\/raising-pieneers\/","title":{"rendered":"Raising Pieneers!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Raising Pieneers is a <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">transformative mentorship initiative designed to empower Capable and Able Persons (CAP)- youth between ages 12\u201330, to become active-innovators<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tackling <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Problems-Worth-Solving<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (#ProWoSo) with the ambitious goal of building funded startups or getting into an accelerator like YCombinator. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mentoring occurs in three phases: 1- <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exploration<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, where the domains &amp; skills, which gets you excited, are identified; 2- <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Foundation<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, where that domain is mastered and skills are improved; and 3- <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Innovation<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, where problems from that domain are tackled and a product or service is built as a startup. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I will prepare a unique customized plan with creative projects for you and will also be working alongside you.
